OUR PHILOSOPHY

The philosophy of this organization has always been to show companies the importance of embracing diversity in the workplace. Established in 2002, as WrightChoice Intern Program, Inc. the mission is "Building a bridge between resource & opportunity for minority students & students with disABILITIES". In 2005 WrightChoice, Inc. was formed consisting of two divisions - WrightChoice Intern Program (WCIP) and Good Business Training.

WHO IS WRIGHTCHOICE

WrightChoice is made up of the WrightChoice Intern Program (WCIP) and Good Business Training. WCIP recruits, develops, and places diverse students in workplace experiences. Good Business Training addresses diversity related training needs for employers by offering onsite facilitations and online conferencing workshops.
