Since its founding WrightChoice has provided outreach opportunities as well as specific programs designed to target high school and college students. Our programs are designed to address specific needs as well as promote higher education, workplace transition and leadership opportunities.

Excellence in Professional Development

Education is the first component to our "Pyramid of Success - Education, Experience, and Employment". Excellence in Professional Development is the educational component our intern program. This training and development program is designed to equip and enhance your leadership abilities and provide intricate life and professional management skills to succeed in the workforce of the millennium.

Each summer has a theme examples include Financial Literacy, Developing Public Speaking Skills, and Understanding Young Professionalism.

There will be several events throughout the summer months that WrightChoice Interns are responsible for attending. These training classes will take place on a weekday two hours. At the sessions snacks/light refreshments will be available. As a group, interns are also required to coordinate and participate in a community service activity. In August students are required to complete an end of the summer project.
