Application Process


Resumes are accepted for all of our internship programs year round. Please check our website for a list of open positions.

The following is the recruitment process WrightChoice Intern Program follows to place our interns.

  1. WrightChoice releases the position through their recruitment database
  2. Interested students respond to the position by submitting their resume to WrightChoice
  3. WrightChoice reviews resumes for position fit
  4. Compatible students will be invited for an initial interview with WrightChoice
  5. At initial interview, students are required to submit a completed WrightChoice Application. A completed application consist of:
    • A completed application
    • A 200 word essay on "Your Definition of Success" or "How can you make an impact on society" typed/single spaced
    • Official university transcript
    • A copy of their résumé
    • Two (2) letters of recommendation on official letterhead:
      • One from a counselor or school/community official who can demonstrate knowledge of your
      • One from a professor or staff member who can demonstrate knowledge of your ABILITIES
  6. WrightChoice will submit qualified resumes to hiring company
  7. Hiring company will review resumes and schedule interviews with candidates of their choice
  8. After final interview, successful candidate will be offered a position
  9. Once student accepts the position they will then be a WrightChoice intern!!!
